Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Twilva offers paid subscription plans that grant access to premium content on the platform. Available plans, pricing, and billing intervals are displayed on the Plans page. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may vary by region.

Some plans feature an introductory price for the first billing period, after which the subscription automatically renews at the standard full price. The introductory and renewal pricing is clearly disclosed on the Plans page and at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

2. Billing and Automatic Renewal

By subscribing, you authorise Twilva to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as specified for your chosen plan). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You will receive an email receipt for every successful charge. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you by email. Access to premium content may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.

Subscription fees may change. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of any price change via the email address on your account. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. Free Trials

From time to time, Twilva may offer free trial periods. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged at the applicable plan rate when the trial expires. Each account is eligible for one free trial per plan type.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access to premium content until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid — no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period unless you qualify under our refund policy below.

Cancellation takes effect immediately in our system. You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, please contact hello@twilva.com.

5. Refund Policy

48-hour refund window:If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase by cancelling in your Account Settings and selecting "Cancel & get refund." Refunds are processed automatically and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 48 hours: Subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future charges, and access continues until the period end.

Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable. If you did not intend to renew, please cancel before your renewal date. We are unable to issue refunds for renewal charges except where required by applicable law.

EU / EEA consumers: If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a digital subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided that streaming of content has not yet commenced. By starting to stream content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once streaming begins.

To request a refund outside the automated flow, contact hello@twilva.com. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Promotional Pricing and Codes

Promotional prices, discount codes, and time-limited offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be disclosed at the point of offer. Promotional pricing applies only to the billing period(s) stated and does not carry over to subsequent renewals unless explicitly stated.

7. Account Sharing

A Twilva subscription is for personal use by a single account holder. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted. Twilva reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be sharing access in violation of this policy.

8. Content Availability

Content on Twilva may be added, modified, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific series or episode. Subscription fees are for access to the platform as a whole and are not tied to the availability of specific titles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
