You can request the deletion of your Twilva account and all associated personal data at any time. Once processed, your account will be permanently removed and you will lose access to all content, including any active memberships or purchased episodes.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@twilva.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include the email address associated with your Twilva account so we can identify it.
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your email address and profile data
- Your entitlements and membership records
- Your episode purchase history
- Your activity logs and usage data
- Any payment method references stored on our end
What is retained
We are required by law to retain certain financial records for up to 7 years after the last transaction. This includes transaction amounts, dates, and invoice records — but not your full personal profile. These records are kept solely for accounting and tax compliance purposes and are not used for any other purpose.
Payment method data (card details) is stored exclusively by Stripe. To remove your card from Stripe's systems, you can contact support@twilva.com and we will request removal on your behalf.
